• We do not guarantee job placement or employment outcomes
• We cannot verify the accuracy of all job postings or employer information
• Career advice and resources are for informational purposes only
• You are responsible for verifying employer legitimacy

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GenAI Jobs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Job Applications

We facilitate connections between job seekers and employers but are not responsible for employment decisions, workplace conditions, or disputes between users and employers.

Termination by You

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, we will remove or anonymize your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Harass other users or employers
• Attempt to compromise platform security
• Remain inactive for an extended period

Effects of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked, and your content may be removed. Some provisions of these terms will survive termination.

Canadian Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province of Ontario. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

Dispute Resolution
