Youth Protections
Under 13: We do not collect any personally identifiable information from users under 13. They may browse job listings and learning content without creating an account.
Ages 13-17: Users aged 13-17 receive layered consent with guardian involvement. Guardian approval is required for:
- Creating a learner profile with personal information
- Enrolling in learning paths or training programs
- Applying to job opportunities
- Sharing outcome metrics (placements, interviews)
Youth accounts are marked with enhanced privacy controls and receive age-appropriate communications.
